In this 2 hour workshop you will learn the basics of bookbinding to create your own journal to take home. If there’s time we’ll also make an accordion folded book so you have the skills for creating two types of books.

Encompasses all volunteering trips for BBBS mentors at Duke. In a given trip, a mentor will drive to KIPP Durham, meet with their matched Little for 1 hour, and then drive back to campus.
Join us at at 6:00pm for a pluralistic Kabbalat Shabbat service, followed by a free, family-style kosher dinner at 7:00pm. RSVP by Friday at noon by texting “SHABBAT” to 984-333-5603. Food Provided (The Freeman Center Cafe will be providing a full kosher meal for all students.)
