Originally from Miami, Florida, Anaija went to the University of Central Florida to pursue a B.A. in Psychology. Before joining the team, Anaija earned a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership with a focus in Higher Education and Student Personnel also at the University of Central Florida where she worked in the Department of Housing and Residence Life. When not helping students, Anaija enjoys watching movies, going to the beach, and cooking new recipes.

Paige Pennebaker will be the Residence Coordinator of Craven Quad on West Campus. Paige was raised in Eden, NC and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in English and Comparative Literature where the RA role led Paige to fall in love with Student Affairs. With an M.A. in Student Affairs Administration, Paige approaches student affairs and higher education with a passionate blend of advocacy, identity development, and community formation through a folkloric lens. The Duke Parents Advisory Council plays an instrumental role within the University by providing feedback, support, and counsel throughout the academic year.
