In this session, we will discuss some best practices on how to effectively navigate conflict, hold your peers accountable, and provide valuable feedback to one another so you can all work together to be your best.
Our values guide our decisions and impact how we lead. Values are the foundation of living and leading with integrity. Can you name your five core values? Can your student org name its values? In this workshop, we will reflect on individual values, organizational values, and leadership, to help you and your organization be more resilient, make aligned choices, and be better leaders.

The Energy Discussions are an engaging set of conversations led by the Duke Energy Club Exec Team, aimed at providing foundational knowledge on important energy topics.
