Jill Solomon is originally from Brooklyn NY and received her undergraduate and Masters from the University of Delaware, primarily focusing on adolescent youth identity development. Jill Solomon spent her first few professional year at Tulane University and joined the Duke team in August of 2022. Currently she serves in Housing & Residence Life as a Residence Coordinator, overseeing Keohane and Wannamaker Quad. Originally from rural Pennsylvania, MJ graduated from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania with degrees in sociology and psychology. At IUP she was a resident assistant and production manager for the student newspaper, The Penn. After spending several years working with teens, she returned to residence life as a residence coordinator at Seton Hill College in Greensburg, PA. Dane Wagner (he/him/his) is Residence Coordinator overseeing the Gilbert-Addoms and Southgate communities. He spent most of his life in North Carolina and earned a BS in Health Communication and a BA in Spanish from Western Carolina University, as well as a MA in Spanish from NC State University. Kaitlyn’s role is overseeing sustainability efforts for all Duke Dining operations. Her day-to-day work can be anything from long-term sustainability planning to digging through the compost bins. Kaitlyn loves that her work is varied and enjoys taking the time to visit the different dining locations across campus. Her current career path got started with accepting a dining sustainability internship in college. Since then, she has worked in all areas of sustainability through various roles.
