This practice focuses on awareness of the breath and sensations in the body, creating a balance of effort and ease. You’ll flow through different asanas followed by deep stretches to settle your body and nervous system, and leave the class feeling centered, grounded, and refreshed….

Large Group is a service of worship in the Christian tradition. There will be singing of songs from the Christian tradition and a short talk based on a portion of the Bible. There will be an opportunity for connecting with other students. Large Group is open to Duke students of all faith backgrounds and religious identities.
This wellness experience will allow you to focus on your mind-body connection through restful poses, controlled breathing, and relaxation that will help you manage stress and anxiety. This group meets every Monday from 11:00 am- 11:50am in Room 148. Open to all Duke Students, faculty, and staff. No registration or experience necessary. Limited yoga mats are available for use.
