In this workshop students will experiment with acrylic paint and use a variety of techniques to create a set of three small paintings. This set will be tied together by a simple theme of the artist’s choice, while making use of layering, value blending, and a variety of brushes. All levels of experience are welcome.

Weekly chapter meeting of Duke aKDPhi
This event is a performance by an Indian instrumental quartet. They will be showcasing a fusion of music styles, ranging from Indian classical music to Western improvisational forms. We would like to host this group so that the Duke Sangeet community as well as the local Indian musical community can listen and learn from the group’s creative music style.
Small groups are like our mini families. It’s a way for us to grow closer with each other as well as explore topics relating to faith, ethnicity, and being a Duke student.
