Celebrating Christmas the Colombian way, novena of aguinaldos celebrates the Virgin Mary, St. Joseph, the Wise Men, and baby Jesus, through prayer and singing villancicos, and afterward enjoy buñuelos, Narilla, sabajon, etc. We celebrate this from a nontheological position as a cultural tradition with traditional food and music.
