Featuring shorts from Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton, Harold Lloyd, and more, this festival will showcase the wittiness and fun of 1920s romantic comedies. Come join us for comedy, love, and–a VDay necessity–chocolate (which will be handed out after the festival)
Each week we’ll learn mindfulness skills for members of the Black community to use daily to consciously engender attitudes of gratitude, non-judgement and self-compassion; regulate our nervous systems; and cultivate rest. These mindfulness skills are essential to sustaining our efforts to resist systematic racism in everyday life, while protecting our mental health and wellbeing.
