All members of the Black Duke community (students, faculty, and staff) are invited to participate.
Paige Vinson has worked in higher education since 2006. She began her formal mindfulness training in 2010 and completed her Koru Teacher Certification in 2020. She has witnessed first-hand the positive impact that mindfulness practice has had not only on her life but also on the everyday lives of her students.
This an opportunity for students to learn about all the resources Duke has to offer to help us create a successful undergraduate career.
