A: Duke University requires that students be compliant with immunization requirements, in accordance with North Carolina General Statutes (§130A 152–157). Any student to whom this policy applies must provide a certificate of immunization for all of the immunizations listed below and complete the required screening: Tetanus / Tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis (Td, DTaP, Tdap): Three doses of tetanus vaccines.
