In this workshop, we’ll practice using embroidery on paper to highlight the natural beauty of vintage photographs and create a new piece of art. You’ll learn the basics of embroidery and how to use the practice on materials other than fabric. We’ll have materials you can work with, or you can bring your own photos!

We usually have an indoor picnic for people to gather and socialize amongst newer and existing TASA members. We also sometimes cook some food for the members and let them join in too. It is an event where people interested in Taiwanese culture can gather and socialize.
September 22-26 is National Hazing Prevention Week. In support of this week, LTA will be tabling and giving out free donuts to endorse anti-hazing.
