Policy on Prohibited Discrimination, Harassment & Related Misconduct (PPDHRM)
The PPDHRM is the umbrella policy at Duke that prohibits discrimination and harassment based on 13 protected characteristics, as well as sexual assault, relationship violence, stalking, and retaliation. The Policy applies to all members of the Duke community (faculty, staff and students) and is maintained and administered by the Office for Institutional Equity (OIE). The Policy includes definitions of prohibited conduct, resources and reporting options, and information about supportive measures.
