Dear student leaders,
We look forward to seeing you on campus in a few days. It has been a long but hopefully productive road for all of you, your organizations, and our teams as we’ve worked to align our spaces in Bryan Center and across Student Affairs with our goals to advance equity and belonging over the past 9 months.
As many of you know we partnered with the design firm, Sasaki. Their team collated the hundreds of responses to our charettes, feedback sessions, and surveys and put forward a final report of recommendations for the short and long-term needs of the Bryan Center. You will see some of the fall offices moves reflected within the pages of the report. We hope this will help answer questions and pose points of consideration as we move to the next phase of this process.
Your input throughout the summer has helped us with moving and furniture requests. Thank you for doing that while juggling the rest of your summer!
We look forward to celebrating the first week of class with you soon and seeing you make your new spaces your own. Again, we’re grateful to you for your leadership and partnership on behalf of your fellow students.
