As a graduate assistant working on increasing food security at Duke, Xavier has been impactful to the Student Affairs – Graduate Professional Student Services team this spring semester. Xavier’s work focuses on creating awareness in the Duke community about the importance of food security, food-related initiatives across campus, and food resources for Duke students. His insights have helped shaped the Food Security Action Team, a collective impact approach to ending food insecurity for Duke students.
