Koru Mindfulness
Developed right here at Duke, Koru Mindfulness is an evidence-based program specifically designed for teaching mindfulness and meditation as way to manage stress and reduce anxiety.
You will learn specific skills that help calm and focus your mind, including breathing exercises, guided imagery, body scan, and more! Over 1,000 Duke undergraduate and graduate students have been trained through Koru, so you're in good company.

Class Information
KORU BASIC
An introduction to mindfulness and meditation. Taught as a weekly, 75-minute class over four weeks by a trained Duke Koru Instructor.
KORU 2.0
An advanced class for students who have competed Koru Basic and are eager for more mindfulness. This course consists of a weekly, 75-minute classes taught over four weeks by a trained Duke Koru Instructor.
KORU RETREAT
A half-day mindfulness retreat for students wanting to try an immersive, mindfulness experience.
