QuadEx Origins & Support When did planning of these changes start? The initial research and planning began in 2018 when President Price charged the Next Generation Living and Learning Experience (“NGLLE”) Task Force to develop a new vision for residential life at Duke. What was the process? The first NGLLE Task Force, made up of trustees, faculty, students, and staff, invested months in stakeholder engagement, peer benchmarking, and internal discussion, and produced its final report in April 2019.
