Every winter, tens of thousands of snow geese, tundra swans, and other birds gather in the Pocosin Lakes National Wildlife Refuge in eastern NC. This is a day trip to see the huge flocks, and potentially explore the ecology of the area and go stargazing! Breakfast and dinner provided, pack your own lunch.

This wellness experience allows you to learn a new skill or continue your practice as you relax more and worry less while coming together with the greater Duke community. Each session is guided by a facilitator. This group meets every Tuesday from 5:30pm – 6:30pm in Room 148 of the Student Wellness Center. Open to all Duke Students, faculty, and staff.
