We hope to support a local bookstore and buy cookbooks for participants through them. We will then each cook a dish from the cookbook and hopefully get the ingredient costs reimbursed. The cookbook club will culminate in a virtual potluck, where we discuss our journeys with the cookbook and chat with a special guest (Meg Mezeske, author, cocktail recipe creator, host of the Pod Appetit podcast)…
