A Vinyasa flow class is a gentle yoga class for all levels that combines both yoga postures and breathing techniques. The goal of the class is to help people feel better in both their body and their mind.  This class is open to all Duke students, faculty, and staff. No registration or experience necessary. Limited yoga mats are available for use.

Our second, and final, lobbying workshop with El Pueblo will be about power mapping. This is the strategy of identifying and analyzing key players and stakeholders within particular issues. This workshop will be critical in developing effective lobbying strategies in preparation for our trip to the North Carolina General Assembly.

We will be hosting a Lobbying 101 workshop in partnership with El Pueblo, a local non-profit. Our goal is to prepare students for a lobbying trip to the North Carolina General Assembly. El Pueblo will provide students with the necessary material, history, and knowledge to lobby our local representatives for immigrant rights.
