The publication of an annual report is part of Duke’s overall commitment to engage the community in eliminating sexual misconduct. Annual reports serve to facilitate transparency about Duke’s efforts to respond to student sexual misconduct and provide information about reports of sexual misconduct involving students, and supportive measures provided.
