Business Systems AnalystIn this role, Emily oversees the housing software, Mercury, as well as card access to the residence halls. This position enables Emily to focus on her passion of leveraging technology to create efficiencies, delivering user friendly processes, and managing the accuracy of records. Emily received her BA in Human Services from Elon University and her Masters in Higher Education from Mississippi College. Prior to her time at Duke, Emily worked for 10 years at The College of New Jersey for the Office of Student Accounts as well as Residential Education and Housing. In her free time, Emily enjoys playing the trombone in the Durham Community Concert Band, watching the Carolina Hurricanes, and hiking with her partner and dog.
