Destress Sessions – Month of November
Strategies for managing stress include limiting media intake, practicing self-care, connecting with supportive friends, and considering additional assistance. To help you with the necessary tools, DuWell offers facilitated calming moments, including meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques for reducing stress.
The Duke Identity & Cultural Centers are resources for students who are seeking community throughout the month of november.
Our Identity & Cultural Centers include: Center for Multicultural Affairs, Center for Muslim Life, Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity, Duke International Student Center, Jewish Life at Duke, Mary Lou Williams Center for Black Culture, and the Women’s Center.
