Our group services include group therapy and discussion groups that are skills-focused and relationship-oriented with a variety of goals that aim to promote wellbeing. Groups provide opportunities to increase self-awareness and increase the quality of your interactions with others and research demonstrates that group therapy is equally effective as individual therapy and is often the treatment of choice for student issues. His experiences of living within a close-knit community have left him with a drive for community engagement and helping others find their purpose! Kristin LoBiondo Pfeiffer has been around higher ed her entire life, living her first 6 years in a residence hall with her hall-director mom (hi, Dean Deb!).
