Move-In Day 2024 for first-year students will be on Saturday, August 17th, and for transfer students on Tuesday, August 20th.

Mark your calendars: Move-In Day 2024 will be Saturday, August 17th for First-Year Students!
Move-In Day Schedule: *
- 8:00am-2:00pm – All First Year Students Move-In!
- 4:00pm-7:00pm – Dinner on the Quad
- 7:30pm-8:15pm – Family Farewell**
- 9:00pm-10:00pm – Residence Hall Floor Meetings
- 8:15pm-9:30pm –Family Reception
**Families and students should prepare to say farewell prior to entering Cameron Indoor Stadium.
Please Note: Due to traffic patterns on East Campus and limited volunteers, incoming students will not be able to move into their residence hall outside of their assigned move-in window.

Mark your calendars: Move-In Day 2024 will be Tuesday, August 20th for the Transfer Students!
Temporary parking to check into your residence hall will be in the Wellness parking lot located at the southwest corner of Towerview Rd. and Union Dr. After you are parked, please follow the signage to the West Campus Office (located in the archway of Craven D), where you will receive your check-in materials. Once you have checked in, you may proceed to the unloading zone designated for your building (see below). Unloading zones are limited to 30 minutes and require an unloading zone pass provided to you at check-in. If you need longer parking (not overnight) after unloading your vehicle, the Blue Zone will be available on your move-in day
Unloading zones (9:00 am - 5:30 pm): 
- Craven & Wannamaker Quads: Wannamaker Fire Lane Drive (off Towerview Rd.)
- Crowell & Kilgo Quads: Wellness Lot (off Towerview Rd. via Union Drive)
- Edens Quad: Edens Drive (off Duke University Rd.)
- Few Quad: Chapel Drive / Few Fire Lane (limited space available near Few Quad)
- Hollows Quad: Hollows Circle (off Towerview Rd. limited space)
- Keohane Quad (buildings D and E): Wannamaker Drive (off Chapel Drive)
- Keohane Quad (buildings A and B): Wannamaker Drive (off Towerview Rd.)
