WE CAN'T WAIT TO WELCOME YOU IN AUGUST!

Move-In Day 2025 for first-year students will be on Saturday, August 16th, and for transfer students on Tuesday, August 19th. 

From move-in day windows to logistics, we have you covered. More details about move-in day will be published in the summer.

Mark your calendars: Move-In Day 2025 will be Saturday, August 16th for First-Year Students!

Move-In Day Schedule of Events:

  • All First Year Students Move-In! 
  • Dinner on the Quad 
  • Family Farewell** 
  • Residence Hall Floor Meetings 
  • Family Reception 

**Families and students should prepare to say farewell prior to entering Cameron Indoor Stadium.

Move-In Windows: 

Students will move in during their assigned move-in times. Move-in times are assigned by residence halls.

Please Note: Due to traffic patterns on East Campus and limited volunteers, incoming students will not be able to move into their residence hall outside of their assigned move-in window.

Move-in Day Schedule:

  •  All Transfer Students Move-In
    • Check in at the West Campus Office
    • Temporary unloading zones assigned by building
    • Longer parking (not overnight) available at the Blue Zone
  • Family Farewell Dinner and Reception**
  • Residence Hall Floor Meetings and Project Transfer Kickoff Social

**Families and students should prepare to say farewell at the end of the Family Farewell as students will leave the event to attend the mandatory floor meeting.
